Inspired by coconut, the Philippine "tree of life," we will prepare a meal using Filipino food traditions as the root, coconut as the central ingredient, and local produce as inspiration. Come to sample coconut milks, make your own from scratch, cook, and share conversations on passing recipes and balancing traditional tastes with food miles.
